We employ the services of major, trusted international carriers to ensure your package arrives at your destination safely and securely. We offer as many shipping methods as possible, including FedEx, USPS, DHL, UPS, TNT, and EMS, etc. We hold multiple warehouses across the globe including the USA, Europe, HK & so on, your orders will be shipped out within 24-72 hours. Domestic orders are always shipped from our SoCal, USA warehouse for the fastest delivery times but rare exceptions may occur based on stock shortage - because of which we may have to ship from a different warehouse. International orders are shipped from any of our warehouses, whichever offers the fastest delivery time. Due to challenges posed by the pandemic, our carrier is temporarily experiencing shipping delays, which may delay your delivery.
